Main Qigong Intro
The ancient practice of Qigong (cultivating energy) aligns breath, movement and awareness for exercise, healing, and meditation. With roots in Chinese medicine Qigong is traditionally viewed as a practice to cultivate and balance Qi (energy). Qigong practice involves rhythmic breathing coordinated with slow stylized repetition of fluid movements with a calm mindful state.

New class in the Midhurst area
January 11th - March 29th 2018 (Spring Term)
I'm pleased to announce the start of a new class in Midhurst, at Cowdray Hall.
We will be learning a routine commonly known as Tai Chi Qigong which is suitable for beginners and those with more experience.
