Main Qigong Intro
The ancient practice of Qigong (cultivating energy) aligns breath, movement and awareness for exercise, healing, and meditation. With roots in Chinese medicine Qigong is traditionally viewed as a practice to cultivate and balance Qi (energy). Qigong practice involves rhythmic breathing coordinated with slow stylized repetition of fluid movements with a calm mindful state.

This term we will be focusing on the second set of Shibashi movements, i.e. Shibashi Set 2.
The 2nd set is more focused on opening the meridians of the legs resulting in improved balance, body coordination and endurance.
New class in the Midhurst area
Planned start dates: January 2018
I've received a fair bit of interest to start a group in Midhurst so I'm planning on starting a new class in January We will be learning the lovely 'Tai Chi Qigong' routine as a starting point.
